Jakarta, Waspada.co.id – Tokopedia has successfully won the 2023 Bank Indonesia Awards as the Best Respondent for e-Commerce/Online Platform. The award was received by Tokopedia at the 2023 Bank Indonesia Annual Meeting on Wednesday (29/11).
The award, held by Bank Indonesia (BI), is a form of national appreciation and recognition for working partners who have consistently supported BI in carrying out its tasks throughout the year.
Carrying the theme “Synergy Strengthening National Resilience and Revival,” the 2023 PTBI has an agenda to provide insights into the national economic conditions, the challenges faced, the direction of future policies, as well as to hear President Joko Widodo’s directives regarding the government’s policies in the coming year.
The direction of Bank Indonesia’s policy mix in 2024 includes a monetary policy focused on stability (pro-stability), particularly in achieving inflation targets and stability of the exchange rate of the rupiah.
Four other Bank Indonesia policies, namely macro-prudential policies, payment system policies, deepening of the money market and foreign exchange market policies, and inclusive and green financial and economic policies, continue to be directed to support sustainable economic growth. (wol/pb/d1)
